A softer place to make sense of a loud world.
Neurodiversity-affirming therapy for women, non-binary and fem people - whether you have a diagnosis, suspect you might, or simply know that something feels hard.

You don’t need to arrive with the right words.
A place to exhale
You’re welcome here, exactly as you are.
Therapy isn’t about pushing through until you become easier to manage. It’s about creating enough space to notice what is happening, feel what is true and relate to yourself with more kindness.
If life feels loud, heavy or hard to make sense of, we can slow things down together. No performance. No pressure to have a neat story.
“I had an amazing experience with Roxy, out of all my previous therapists, I've felt the most understood and comfortable with her. I have made amazing progress with her and I will always be grateful for the time and therapeutic relationship we had.”
Context, not judgement
Understand the patterns that helped you cope before trying to change them.
At your pace
Bring what matters today. You don’t need a plan or a diagnosis to begin.
Useful, real-life care
Find small, sustainable ways to feel more grounded between sessions.

Room to think · space to be
The work is collaborative
A relationship built around you.
I’m Roxy, an integrative humanistic counsellor. I’m present and engaged - not sitting silently at a distance or analysing you as a problem to solve.
Together, we might explore burnout, anxiety, low mood, self-criticism, people-pleasing, relationships or identity. We start wherever you are and go from there.
“Her approach is always non-judgemental, which has made it much easier for me to open up. It is clear how passionate she is about helping people.”
Words from the room
“Roxy has been incredibly helpful in explaining my thought processes and giving me the space to explore things in detail.”
